The Condemned is an adaptation of a script by Jean-Paul Sartre. Franz, son of a wealthy ship-building family, has tortured to death two partisans on the Russian front during the war. His father is about to die of cancer and wishes to see his son who has sequestered himself in the attic of the family home for 13 years. |
