T'was the week before Christmas when all through the house,
Rang news of collusion and today's latest louse.
With tax bill in hand, Congress is going to town
While rants are still tweeted by the Grinchy orange clown.
But what to our wondering eyes do appear
But a big white truck with a mission quite clear.
Its red star was shining so big and so bright
It was sure theirs was a mission about equal rights.
Their message was loud and very insistent,
"If you want things to change you must be resistant".
On Peace! On Liberty! On Equality and Freedom!
On Nature! On Schools! On Jobs and Fair Taxes on Income!
On Arts! On Healthcare! On Universal Accountability!
On Justice for all and Domestic Tranquility!
It is time for we people to take to the streets
In spite of the Wall, and because of the tweets
They were heard to exclaim as they drove out of sight,
"In Solidarity you-all and keep up the good fight!"
