Mime Troupe's "Christmas Carol" reading MOVED!
Dear Troupers,

You know Occupy Wall Street SF has organized "Occupy Wall Street West"- a special, one-day protest in the Financial District of San Francisco, and you know that members of the Mime Troupe will be reading our new adaptation of Dickens' "A Christmas Carol..."

WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW IS THAT
WE HAD TO MOVE THE LOCATION OF THE READING!

That's right. Someone in S.F. Recreation and Parks has quite suddenly "realized" that the day of the rally in Justin Herman Plaza is the day they are going to finally take down the ice rink... that closed almost two weeks ago... which they told us would already be gone when we asked them three weeks ago... so they are planning to cordon the area off, and have big trucks loading tons of stuff away... all day long...

What a coincidence.

But fear not, Comrades! The OWS/SF Rally will go on as planned, and our friends at Yerba Buena Gardens have said the Mime Troupe could, on very short notice, use their space for our reading! Yay!

So,
the Mime Troupe's reading of "Christmas Carol" will be at the Stone Stage,
Yerba Buena Gardens, San Francisco, Friday, January 20th,
at 12:15, and runs about an hour.

Unless it rains!
