SF Mime Troupe - Events not to miss!
Events not to miss!
It's Tax Day 2017!

The day we Americans are required to cough up some of our hard-earned money to help fund the
Current White House inhabitant's missle-throwin', vacation-takin', "cat"-grabbin', gameshow-hostin,' NEA/NEH/EPA cuttin' agenda.

And there's a protest about that!
(What a surprise)

Please join your fellow citizens
in the first protest of what will surely be
a summer full of push-back against
the rising tide of Ayn Randian tangerine fascism!
Young California Writers Project

Yesterday is Tomorrow

Mime Troupe Emerging Artist-in-Residence, Marie Cartier, will be performing Yesterday is Tomorrow.

Yesterday is Tomorrow is the variety show for the revolution! Sisters and San Francisco natives Marie & Genie Cartier perform a series of thematically connected vignettes. A satirical look at the past, present, and future of a world increasingly hostile to artists and dominated by technology. Also, feminism. Also, boy bands.
More info will be posted here and on Marie and Genie's website.

Showtimes: Friday, April 28 @ 8.00p / Saturday, April 29 @ 8.00p

Where: Mime Troupe studio, 855 Treat Ave, SF ~ Street parking only, come early!

Tickets: FREE ($10 suggested donation) but you must reserve a seat at Brown Paper Tickets!

Support our Winter Appeal

This critical moment in history is calling on us to be hyper-vigilant, to find new ways to collaborate and resist and to reach new audiences. But we literally cannot do it without you. With a Republican Congress, grant cuts are inevitable, which only increases competition between our fellow non-profits for both foundation and individual donation dollars. Without a Hamilton-sized box office, we continue to look to you, our partners in revolution, to give what you can to keep SFMT out-front and outspoken. Now more than ever, we need your financial support to keep our voices heard. Read more and donate!

Your Tax Dollars at Work for Local Artists!

The Mime Troupe is a grateful grantee of the Voluntary Arts Contribution Fund. This fund administrated through SF Grants for the Arts has been a bonus for local arts organizations, particularly with their Creative Space programs that help fund facility upgrades and repairs, expenses that can really impact a company's (like ours) already stretched budget. As your bills come due, we ask all SF PROPERTY OWNERS to regularly check the VACF box on their tax bills and give a donation to help their local San Francisco Arts organizations maintain a home in this increasingly expensive city.
